Overview

UrbanHelper is a civic engagement platform designed to improve communication between citizens and municipal authorities. It enables users to report urban issues such as damaged roads, broken streetlights, waste management problems, and public space maintenance through a simple and guided workflow.

To increase report reliability, the platform captures photos directly from the device camera and verifies the user's GPS location before submission. Reports are then automatically categorized using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and delivered to the appropriate department.

Available on both web and mobile, UrbanHelper provides real time status updates, allowing citizens to follow the progress of their reports from submission to resolution.
